REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

In 2025, Registration will be open from Friday, April 4th until Monday, June 30th.

If you are in need of supplies, please visit our distribution sites during walk-in hours listed below, or reach out to your child's school. Please note that supplies are not guaranteed during the walk-in times for students.

 

ATTENTION REGISTERED PARENTS: We will NOT be sending out post cards for this year's event. Please check the email address you provided with your time to pick up at your date/time listed below. Note that Brownstown will also have time slots this year.

Distribution Dates

Seymour Walk-In Time: Saturday, July 26th from 1:30-2:00

Brownstown Walk-In Time: Tuesday, July 29th from 6:30-7:00

Help us collect supplies by dropping off at one of our collection sites or by purchasing from our Amazon Wish List or Walmart Wish List and shipping them directly to our office!

Information About School-Aged Children

Please enter the information for each child COMPLETELY. Without this information, we can't gaurentee the correct supplies.

You only need to put in details about those children who are in/will be in school in Fall 2025. We are not able to provide supplies for Pre-K students.

If you have more than five children, please fill out an additional form with the names of those children.

You will receive an email confirmation if your registration is submitted. If you do not receive an email, your registration did not go through.
